Bagelive Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bagelive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bagelive ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Bagelive platform — including its website, mobile application, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Bagelive. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all players using Bagelive, including players based in Bangladesh. Where local laws or regulations impose additional obligations, those obligations apply alongside these Terms and are not replaced by them.

To use Bagelive, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bagelive does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.

Bagelive reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended pending verification or closed permanently.

To access the full range of Bagelive services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Bagelive account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited. If you discover you have accidentally created a second account, you must contact Bagelive support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

You must not register using a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or information belonging to another person. Bagelive will verify the information you provide during the KYC process, and any discrepancies may result in account suspension.

• Registration is free and does not obligate you to make a deposit.
• You must provide a valid email address that you have access to — account communications will be sent there.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• Bagelive reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Bagelive account credentials, including your username and password. Bagelive strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your Bagelive account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Bagelive support immediately.

• Do not use public or shared devices to access your Bagelive account without logging out afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account for additional security.
• Bagelive will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to be from Bagelive support.

Bagelive will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Bagelive accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Bagelive does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Bagelive account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Bagelive support with your transaction reference.
• Bagelive reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• You must only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained through legitimate means.

Withdrawals from your Bagelive account are subject to the following conditions. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

Bagelive aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional verification checks for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bagelive reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus being fully met.
• Bagelive may delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the account.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance being displayed, Bagelive reserves the right to correct the balance and void any transactions made using erroneously credited funds.

Bagelive offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on Bagelive, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General rules that apply to all Bagelive bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bagelive reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses that have been claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If Bagelive determines that a player has been abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — all bonuses and associated winnings may be voided.

All games available on Bagelive are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game rules explicitly state otherwise.

Bagelive uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by Bagelive or any third party. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Bets placed and accepted are final. Bagelive will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. Bagelive is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Bagelive reserves the right to void any game round or bet where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bagelive. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Bagelive account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with Bagelive games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using Bagelive for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Bagelive platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bagelive staff or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment details.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, Bagelive will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Doing so is a violation of these Terms.
• Bagelive reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts where it has concerns about a player's gaming behaviour, even without a request from the player.

All content on the Bagelive platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Bagelive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Bagelive platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from Bagelive without prior written permission.
• Use the Bagelive name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Bagelive software.
• Create derivative works based on any Bagelive content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bagelive's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you have deposited into your Bagelive account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bagelive is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond Bagelive's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• The conduct of third-party game providers whose games are hosted on the Bagelive platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bagelive's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your Bagelive account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed — bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from your balance upon closure.

Bagelive reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any other Bagelive policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (inactive account fees may apply — see the FAQ for details).
• At Bagelive's discretion, where it determines that continued operation of the account is not in the interests of the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Bagelive reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.

Bagelive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Bagelive after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which Bagelive is licensed and operates. By using Bagelive, you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
